Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and will be displayed before the order is confirmed. Any promotions offering free shipping will be clearly stated on the website.
Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to complete the delivery due to the recipient being unavailable or because of incomplete information, the parcel will be handled according to the courier’s standard procedures. Any additional costs for a new delivery attempt may be charged to the customer.
